Management is a joke. The pay is a joke. You can go to talk to a manager and almost every time there is an excuse on why they can’t help or give out a raise/ extra hours. Most of the time the excuse makes no sense. I used to love going into work until I dreaded going in for weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone who needs to make a promising income, your hours will be cut randomly as well as other factors. I was told I am a very good employee and I deserved a raise yet I remained at my starting pay (do to unexplained excuses) Good luck to whoever comes next.
