Pros

Company provides very good training before Onboarding employees on project. Your efforts will be recognised because of less hierarchy All projects will have lots of SQL work.

Cons

Few of the projects have quite old technology.

Everything, from head to toes is bad: Low salaries, constant bad reviews, outdated technology, tiny niche market, bureaucratic and old methodology, lack of career path, terrible company projection, non-existant training, terrible work/life balance, stressful constant logging of hours, no benefits, leads don't care about the team, managers don't care about anything... and the list goes on.
