Pros
If you are smart and wish to contribute to a noble cause, then this is the company to work for. It doesn’t matter where you come from or what your ideologies are, if you have an excellency in work, you will prosper and be a valued employee.
Cons
The ethics are sound but the guidelines are not concrete. This can lead to gaps at times. But as the company matures, this should eventually get remedied.
