      Pros

      Cool people, good drinks and close to CTA. The day to day employees are great, leadership is a total waste of time.

      Cons

      Disorganized/dysfunctional from top to bottom. They don't know what they are selling or how to sell it. CEO is a piece of work, thinks he knows what he is doing but really is just lost. His HUGE EGO is what drives this company to being such a bad place to work/grow....

      Literally none. Arrived with energy and enthusiasm, left with frustration, anger and embarrassment! High level discussions with executives looking for help

      Cons

      Aginity tried to leverage a successful Netezza services business into a big data analytics product company and has failed miserably! A nice concept for managing math, they have no idea how to execute, and people are left to fend for themselves.
