Pros
Great offices, company events, financing and opportunities to give yourself a comfortable work environment, manage your mental health, have good free-time or learn something new.
Cons
Overall pretty old-fashioned views from the dominating group of employees and sometimes a lack of respect for others. A sort of overly deferential and don't be a softie vibe when discussing mobbing and power dynamics at work, hence colleagues won't really stand up to their superiors. Some key colleagues that definitely shouldn't, lack social awareness, which is detrimental to the safety you should feel in a company.

Not in the TOP in terms of competitive salary. Around the middle, which means there could be better options, especially for senior DEVs
