      Horrible direction, lies, and more lies.

      Pros

      Good if you don’t value change management, documentation, direction and lost PTO accruals!

      Cons

      Executive management, down to management. Never saw executive leadership micro manage leadership down to non leadership resources. Lack of direction, favorite picking from the CIO and apparently multiple bosses. CIO should not allow personal life interfere with professional business. Don’t apologize, do better.
