The scenery is beautiful and there is a good work life balance

Cons

They have lost touch with their employees, the staff is underpaid and underappreciated. The management recognizes busy work more than actual hardworking employees and employees that increase efficiency.

Sr and executive leadership including family ownership talks the talk but fails to walk the walk. Trust is a thin vail that comes and goes as leaderships interests are served
