      Interesting product, but terrible strategy and management.

      Pros

      - Interesting, innovative product. - Prestigious clients. - Lovely colleagues and good team atmosphere. - Office location.

      Cons

      - Senior management has a tendency to bully and blame colleagues. - There is no Human Resources team, therefore, an employee's well being is not a priority. - No commercial strategy. It changes all the time. - No opportunity for growth within the company. - Low base salary and low commissions. - Atmosphere of favouritism. - Cost of products is ridiculous.

      Gymglish is a company with good values. The management here is supportive and thus it helps us to meet our goals. Work culture is very good and gives us job satisfaction.
