      There is nothing to say about pros about this company . Please think twice before you join the company.

      5 days working , worst work culture, No fixed offs You have to work on festival also and they will pay festival allowance. Mobile phones are not allowed 🚫 You Have to work extra 1hr as extend and they don't even pay a single penny for that 1hr.

      Amazing place to work. I was a fresher and was desperately trying to get a job. And finally, I landed a job at AiPlex as an Intern - Software Developer. AiPlex has been providing me with great opportunities to develop my skills and learn more. GRATEFUL for this opportunity.

      Excellent team. Learnt many things from my collegues. Enthusiastic people.

      Cons

      1) Mobile Phones not allowed 2) 6 days working only Sunday weekoff 3) Less number of holidays 4) Delayed payments 5) PF not cleared on time. Still pending. Does not respond to messages nor mails. management needs to work on these.
