This company has no pros. I have to have a 20 word minimum. Don't ever come to this company. Beware!!!!

Cons

Dangerous pilots, dangerous planes, horrible management. They will try to have you fly airplanes that have the same problems daily, and they will never be fixed. The company is ran by complete morons. You will be broke working here, because maintenance cancellations are unpaid!!!!! There is no communication in this company. When there is a problem- there is no one to talk to. When you try to leave the company , you will get sued for 10k.

NONE!They are a scam!

They ask you to sign a contract to work for them for 18 months and if you terminate your contract they will charge you $10,000 training fee...BUT BEWARE - they can fire you at anytime without cause and charge you $10,000!!! They are scamming pilots! They have sued over 40 pilots in the las 2.5 years! Do not sign their contract! Do not work for Air Choice One! There are plenty of honest time building airlines.

None. There are literally no pros. Wait, I take that back. They have limited CASS, but you won't really get enough time off to use it. You gain flight time, but every days seems like a battle between losing your license, getting fired, or crashing.

Cons

Nepotism. Poor maintenance. Poor quality of life. Horrible schedules. Poor benefits. Pushed to fly in unsafe conditions. Worst contract I have even seen in aviation. Stay far away.
