Flexibility and working from home is a perk.

Cons

Do not offer retirement or bonuses of any kind and moving up is almost impossible unless you like politics. Insurance is expensive and barely covers anything. Overworking their staff and barely offering any sort of management with help.

The AirPro leadership is dishonest with their customers and employees , they do not do what they communicate and offer a dishonest service
