Fast-paced environment with great perks, but long hours

Fast paced environment, nice snacks, free lunch on Mondays Annual company trip

Cons

Long hours driven by stupid inefficiencies that middle management loves to create. Organisation needs a flattening. No interest in developing people, just needs hands on deck. So once systems solve some of this, you’ll be shown the door. In long term career interests, would think carefully about joining this organisation.

You will be part of where advacement is your forte and close knit working evironment.

Cons

Very intense work place as incident (i.e. failed equipment)can happend anytime and Airtrunk take those incident seriously. And depend who is your client, this can add to the pressure.
