      Nothing It was good before but true colours are seen only in tough times!

      Cons

      Toxic culture, it was good before. CEO is only concerned about money. They offer remote work only because they want to hire cheap labour from India and can cut some extra office cost.

      Nice and supportive teammates Challenging work Most managers are good (but they’ll actually help you only if you are top performer) Good if you are starting your career and want to know what a fast paced startup looks like Using latest technologies for development Generous leave structure (you’ll have to be cautious here)

      Cons

      Opportunities for personal growth but will not necessarily translate to career growth. There seems to be fair bit of bias towards who gets a promotion and when The compensation is kinda poor. With aggressive work the company needs to catchup with the other players who offer a much better reward for same effort. No rewards/perks other than salary Work life balance is not why you would join this company Most of the team members are in a burnt out state due to company’s attitude of observing each and every thing employee does which keeps them on their toes always.

      Pros

      - Extremely disciplined and organised for a startup. - Successful CEO who sold his last company for 115 million $. He knows the ins and outs of building a great company, and often leverages his network (Ycombinator, VCs) etc to grow the company. - Fully remote, employees work from all over the world. Management is extremely flexible. Engineering structure is based purely on trust, no micromanaging here! - Lots to learn rapidly expanding to become the all in 1 spend management platform. Have no doubt we will be a unicorn in 1-2 years. - Sales team (which is the lifeline of a B2B Saas company) seems to be executing very well so far.

      Cons

      - This isnt a place for you if you cannot ship products quickly and want a chill job. - Since we are a startup, there are a few growing pains - but management is quick to adapt and so far has been amazing.
