      There is no pros besides drinks for the first two weeks

      employees were lazy, the manager disregarded health, and management made it our problem if something failed.

      That I no longer work for them.

      Cons

      They do not treat their Management well... they allow arrogant upper management to dictate the rules according to their own agenda. Pay is not comparable to the market. Women are talked down to. You work 100 hours a week without compensation for the extra effort. A horrible company to work for.
