      pay on time lunch every month

      Cons

      1. never treat as employees 2. onsite team comes in evening and pressures to fix issues immediately..we come to office at 10:30AM though they don't care and instead they call it as demand 3. work-life balance 4. hire and fire as they wish 5. old technology, not to upto date.. if you work here, there is no growth when you go out..your career is killed

      Product vision in good but they dont want to come out from dwell and culture is also bad as said above

      - They will show you very good dreams while joining - They will offer you very best package in the market - Good product to get experienced - Good knowledge sharing

      Cons

      - They follow hire and fire policy - They have too much butter to spread and not providing you the papers after the joining - Also I had the same experience like the above person, they will not pay you even if they will decide not to continue with your work even if you have given a full time dedication for them. - You have to give too much explanation for your and still the output will be ZERO

      Pros

      Good product but play with employees careers.Will take 2yrs of commitment but terminate with in 6-8 months performance issue. No proper KT is given for new joiners

      Cons

      Policies in the company are bad. Everyone who is working is under pressure to complete the task.My sincere advise is to not join in the company and spoil your careers
