      I already have nothing but good things to say about Akoya! They’re one of the most friendly staff for ABA that I have ever met! They also are amazing when it comes to therapy! 10/10 service

      Pros

      As a small company they have excellent communication and strong support system. As with any company looking to grow, there will always be growing pains, but they make the transitions smooth and seamless. The support and encourage a healthy work/life balance and fully support your clinical decisions. They provide a significant amount of trust and support, something hard to find in today's ABA work environments. This is the place you want to be.

      Cons

      They're transitioning to block schedules which can be hard for in-home clients, but they are doing their best to accommodate.
