Pros

The benefits are okay, but you get in trouble if you use too much of your own PTO.

Cons

Poor leadership at administrative level!!! Admin keeps its public-facing employees in the dark while treating them like children who need co start shepherding. All training consists of is watching random LinkedIn Learn videos for six hours throughout the year. College experience required to advance past entry level positions. Mid-tier positions with college experience make less or as much as starting-level retail workers. Poor responsiveness from administration and management. Poor visibility from management. Public-facing employees not kept in the know about changes, simply told “This is happening, now go do this.” Morale extremely low. Extremely understaffed. Hostile work environments in some locations.
