1. Company hires you , you work hard , others work too , but stills the company fails to complete the projects. 2. No revenue generated, still company expects you to work. 3. Employee gets frustrated and quits the job. 4. Company doesn't know you anymore..your pending salary is a topic of lowest inportance. 5. I have worked for the company and still my 4 months salary is pending. 6. Dubai management shows up once in 6 months to decrease the number of employees.

They try to maintain Gulf working culture but again depend on client if your in project

- salary gets very delay. - No proper HR support
