      Good place for beginners. You will learn a lot since managers have no idea about how to do the work Good place for the people who pretend in front of others that they have lots of work to do but doing and knowing nothing. Good place for the antiques who doesn't let others to work nor do themselves

      you can gain experience and add it to your career & CV, if you didn't make any big mistake they will never fire you

      Cons

      don't ever expect do grow in this company what ever you do you will stay at you place. in covid-19 the sales doesn't reduced but even though they reduced the salaries and stopped commissions
