Pros

Great hours, decent pay, good union benefits

Cons

Disorganized, upper management absolutely sucks, they consistently move the goal post & then act surprised when things break.

Pros

Great customers, some good people

Cons

So many things are broken processes, IT systems, corporate owners are a VC firm and another telecom which suck the company dry of $ that is needed for years of mismanagement and deferred maintenance. No discernable strategy, POOR communication from C Suite. CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, VP leadership and director level positions have changed over several times in the past couple of years. The listed CEO (Bill Bishop) passed away several years ago, and we have had not one, not two, but three CEO's since his passing. Recent layoffs to reduce headcount (to save $$) were arbitrary, and the lack of a plan to compensate for less headcount has crippled the org. There is massive dysfunction at virtually every level. If not for a few people who are not in management the whole place would fall apart. Advice to job seekers- RUN AWAY.
