Pros

They are only doing show off in Linkedin. From inside it’s a complete mess. Very pathetic management. Nobody knows actually what they want. It’s like a complete bossy culture.

Cons

Bad culture Bad Management Pathetic system Complete show off

Pros

Great remote and flexible work environment, allowing for a better work-life balance and the freedom to manage tasks efficiently.

Cons

Job Security Concerns – follows a hire-and-fire policy, making it an unstable workplace with no long-term security. Poor HR Support – The HR team is not employee-centric and lacks reliability. Instead of addressing concerns or finding solutions, they prioritize protecting the company’s reputation and are quick to terminate employees rather than resolving issues. Lack of Career Growth – Promotions, salary hikes, and overall growth opportunities are inconsistent and uncertain. Career progression is not structured, making it difficult to advance. Internal Politics – The workplace suffers from favoritism and office politics, which negatively impacts fairness and career development. Success often depends more on connections than on performance.

Pros

When you join they will give you 30-40% hike. Good package for freshers

Cons

No work policy. Controlled by influential person. Your work will be decide by the most influential person... that person may not be anywhere in your hierarchy. No ethics nothing. They do lots of show off in social media but internally they do nothing if you are not oiling to the influential person. Year after year no salary increase. If you ask once or twice they will not give any answer. But if you ask more they will laid off you. Pathetic man management. No growth at all no culture at all.
