Pros
Great, supportive group of people to work with, they're like family. Promote a good work / life balance (but that can be on a per department basis.) Opportunities to work across a broad range of consumer goods and see your accomplishments on shelf. They have a fantastic indoor gym with classes and trainers available.
Cons
Too much focus on filling the pipeline and not enough focus on resource constraints. Creating an innovation department but offering limited resources to support their projects. Conflicts will sometimes result in finger pointing.
