no work life balance, always pressure of work, don't follow any process, all time problem for leaves, no proper guldens or training, expect lot from freshers also, you wil have to work on sunday's but dont get any compensation either overtime

1.No work life balance. 2.Too much of politics if you join with some years of experience, you would be thrown out in your probation period. 3.Even you have to work on Sunday's. 4.Should be able to work under pressure. 5.Boss doesn't respect their employee. 6.Confidentiality is not maintained between HR and employee. 7.Salary would be credited post 15 of next month. 8.High paying salaries are given in installment. 9.They provide a good half/yearly appraisal but they are just on papers. My last two months salary is pending.
