    I have had a really good experience so far here. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. People do their jobs well and work hard.

    The work is interesting with many technical advancements in the industry based marketing.

    Cons

    Currently I am working as a residential sales engineer. So work life balance is little tough.

    The work culture is pretty good. They are very appreciative of your work

    Cons

    No downside seen as Alcoa was a client for TCS and it was a pretty symbiotic relationship

    Professional, Recruits competent people, Provides Exposure to high technology, Excellent operational management , Industry Leader, Talks about work life balance

    Cons

    Very poor in commercial talent pool, Working with 50's mindset, slow to react to changes, bosses believe in cornering credit actually due to team members, extreme poor in recognition.

    Implement 360 degree feedback,
    Make your HR much more effective (heavily lacking especially in developing economies)
