Not in any particular order: Extremely inclusive Flexibility of time Management Head teacher and Deputy Head are incredibly (Majority) Staff, teachers and management are really supportive, caring, friendly and helpful no communication is lost if you encounter a challange. Not being micro managed helps to strengthen work moral. CPD opportunities School values evident through children's behaviour and attitudes towards learning.
