Pros
As it wasfirst managerial Assignment to learnt a lot about team handling manging works through people and Generating sales through team and not getting directly or fully involved in the process.
Cons
Company had a 100 years history but has not learnt from its own experiences or from the external enviornment when companies like ranbaxy which started much lattter than them has grown past it in fast pace. HR practices are not at all transparent.
