Pros
- You learn alot and find fulfillment in doing your job. - Most of the people working there are nice and accommodating. - Open to having discussions and feedbacks - Workload is acceptable
Cons
- Pay is no good. Workload to pay ratio is less than desirable. - Do your job but go the extra mile only if you believe its part of your life values to do so and not because you wish to receive recognition or acknowledgement because you won't get any. - Certain departments require more "people-skills" to work with if you wish to have a smoother day at work. - Don't expect to have any job advancement or study/skills upgrade until you have clocked at least 2-3 years under the company. - Expect to have typical work politics.
