Bonus? When school is closed, so is the office (sometimes)
Cons
This company is a family owned management, and so are the employees. You have human resources related to IT and payroll manager related to payroll staffs. I do not know about anyone but I rather have my personal information not be shared by anyone in the office. There are some people who do not do work at all and gets paid alot. Does not makes sense. Owners have favoritisms and it's a shame. All the hard work an employee puts in will never get recognized. Bonus is not that much compared to other companies.
