      Pros

      no dress code if you are a beginner then OK to work here -then you will get suitable package

      Cons

      -not a professional environment to work -only manager's pet will get good hike, promotion and budget for external certifications -product based company so, not much of technical exposure

      Good to place to start career but bad management in TAC

      1Good for 0-3 years experienced candidates. Gives good starting package. Benefits like free meals , cabs and opportunity to buy company shares. A good work environment within team. Allowance in night shift. Work from home policy. Leave policy.

      Cons

      Indian Management: Boss but not Leaders. Play diplomatically with employees. HQ Management: They listen to the Leads blindly. Play diplomatically with employees. Not a good company if you are looking to build career in security. HR listen to employees but do what the managers want. Don't provide proper training on the product itself to the new joiners or other firewall/security product that company support. No oversees opportunity is someone is looking for it.

      Good colleages makes things easy at office

      Cons

      Indian mangement believes in micro management. Managers pet gets good promotion and hikes. Top management is good but indian management is equally bad. Sr managers are not qualified for people management.they want to monitor how much time is used for lunch or personal business
