I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They terminated me without any prior notice or explanation, which shows a serious lack of professionalism. There was no warning, no performance discussion, and no opportunity to improve or understand what went wrong. I felt completely blindsided and disrespected. Job security is clearly not a priority here, and employees are treated as if they are easily replaceable. This lack of communication and transparency creates an unstable and toxic work environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a secure and supportive workplace
