You have to take a mandatory "Empowered Advantage" 6 week course to learn their moto and take a test on it. Corey loves to talk to you like your 2 years old and give you tests and grade them. I truly feel like she should go back to teaching kids and not use this in the workplace with adults. Office Politics are horrid even though they frown upon it. They look for the perfect candidate, they get hired, treat you like gold and then after about 3 months show you your true colors. Micro managed to death for the first year and pick at you. Don't voice your opinion or they will take you in the conference room and make you sign 15 pages of everything you have done wrong since they hired you. They do their best to make you feel like YOU were the problem and YOU were the idiot... but they don't have time to train you. Little nosey HR will spy on you and conspire against you, yet be so sweet to your face. Not a good place to work. Unless you want to have the workload of 5 people, think twice. They are sheep in wolves clothing.
