      Pros

      Supportive and nice colleagues, good spirit in teams. A good place to work for couple of years in the beginning of your career.

      Cons

      I would not recommend Alko if you are planning to take a parental leave. Approaching and issues related to parental leaves are complicated and poorly organized. Leadership and management at Alko are quite traditional.
