1: Its All work no play, There used to be a time here when the management used to arrange Trips, Annual Dinners for the team, Lately that has changed. 2: Unannounded Saturdays which are scheduled Off Are On many times Mandotory for all Employess 3: There is no Paid Vacation Of the whole year, & in some departments management level its more Harsh. Those department Dont have Any single Paid Vacation at all.
