Pros

Amazing people to be around. Team members are supportive. Thay do care about their employees. Most of them are kinda Full Stack so anyone can take switch places with anyone in product team. Decent Compensation. It requires you to where many hats but only in your domain, you can if you want to try out and shift to different domains, but mostly the hat shuffling would be within your team.

Cons

Not a sit on a Bean bag, come in shorts kind of startup, slowly transforming into a corprate.

Recognizing efforts and appreciating them leads to people sticking around for years.

Though might be an individual preference, people work in isolation, which somehow breaks the fun in the work life.
