The founder is a complete crook. Would lie, cheat and steal to keep anyone in sharing any success of the company which he still considers to be his. He has done this twice so far now to his key employees who typically don't understand anything about their stock or options. The founder spent millions suing his own company (court opinion given 10-11-2013 in the Delaware Court of Chancery online) to get his job back as he has nothing else to do. He was fired for incompetence and producing terrible financial results. These guys gened up documents to avoid the application of US Securities laws in their last deal knowing that to get called out for it would take someone six figures of legal expenses......bottom line, they do what they want for themselves to whomever they want.

Who runs this place? Over half the projects, per the interim CEO, are code red! Not sure if original owner or new investors run this company? Based on politics, it is the original owner. Based on a growth concept, the new majority owners. Quoting another very experienced employee, "this place may implode" due to leadership issues. Don't expect coaching, leadership and personal growth - it is purely a role of survival and longggggg hours if you are on the road. If the employees knew what the middle management is paid, they would be in shock and then would quit. It is unacceptable to pay the complainers, the finger pointers, the mega six figure salaries they get for doing nothing - really.
