Toxic, no room for growth, low pay, managers play favorites, unprofessional office culture. The ability to work from home but they want everyone in the office to waste your time, money and energy driving there in traffic under dangerous conditions. "Our most valuable asset is our employees...." haha, ok.

Toxic work environment. Management is very cliquish and will pick who gets bonuses and who will not, including the amount. Depending on how hard you work, you might not be guaranteed a bonus at all, but others besides you are getting larger bonuses for the same or less work. Management also is rude and condescending, as well as creates a toxic work environment for everybody on their team and around.
