      The dealers were great! Fun and easy to work with.

      Cons

      You never work 40hrs. You will be fired without actual cause. Upper management will lie to your face and set you up for failure. No real teamwork

      Pros

      There are a lot of extremely kind people who work here (mostly the GMs). For the most part, each location feels like a family, and the company does promote from within. My experience here was overall positive, but I'm happy to be moving away from the company now.

      Cons

      I do feel like the corporate leadership has deteriorated, and there is a lack of integrity, which inevitably will drip down to the individual locations and employees. There is a lack of consistency across the locations, which leads to frustrations among employees.
