Pros
Nice people. Very nice, hardworking people. Many were very intelligent and highly motivated.
Cons
Broken business model. There was no amount of hard work that was going to help our team turn the corner given the current structure and lack of resources and tools available. Not convinced the business model supported the headcount required to get the job done properly, so virtually all of the customers were upset despite the best efforts of the team.
