      Worst Company and management.

      - Office Location. - Salary on Time.

      - Working here feels like you're back in school, your manager is ready to teach you the fundamentals whereas they are keenly looking to hire experienced professionals. - Not a very healthy working environment especially in the Organisation Management department. Poor Management and technical incompetency are something you will experience. - Would recommend checking with previous employees over LinkedIn before joining the organization as we all don't have very good feedback. - Bad Variable Pay policies are intended to make sure nobody gets their variables to pay even if they complete their entire year with successful ratings. - No new technology to work on or any area of improvement in your knowledge can be achieved by being in this company.

      The only good part is salary which comes on time.

      Manager use abusive languages. There is no any hierarchy followed in this company. The persin who is juniour to you cab be your reporting manager anytime which is NON-SENSE! There is no HR help. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE I MUST SAY!!! After leaving from this company I didnt get my FnF details also.

      Mental Harassment and Toxic culture prevails in Organization Management Team . Employees under this team are instructed to share their project status updates on WhatsApp .The employees are yelled at and slammed on calls made through personal numbers and not any official mode of communication like emails or WebEx meetings. Employees are instructed not to send emails as that is considered cluttering of inbox in this team . There is a lack of appropriate educational qualification, technical and business acumen required for running this team which makes it difficult for the employees to function and grow in this team . Most importantly there is no freedom of speech, expression in this team and the employees are 24*7 reminded of their designations and how they are bound to obey the instructions they are being given. Mental harassment and toxicity is the root cause of all the frequent resignations in this team . Hiring in this team is almost a monthly affair . Recommend you not to entertain phone calls if you get contacted for a Project Manager , Business Analyst Profile under Organization Team Gurgaon India . Save your mental peace and career!
