Pros

Allison India - A few renowned clients, friendly Managing Director. Not sure if it will remain same for Alkymix Global now

Cons

Allison India (which is Alkymix Global now) - A lot of them: 1. The HR policies are from 1990s. Recently they have hired a finance exec Sunny who is making things worse. The commission for closing new business, appraisal cycles, everything is getting really bad 2. While they call them really 'employee friendly', their processes for putting resourced on PIP and termination are very problematic. 3. SVP (who sits in Mumbai) and Group head (Who sits in Delhi) are also challenging. No considertion for employees even when there has been tragedy in families.

Pros

There are no pros honestly. You might think that there is work life balance and people are really good but all that is just momentarily and you will see the true colors soon.

Cons

The India HR is extremely difficult to work with—petty, controlling, and quite unprofessional. She behaves as if the company is her personal property and tends to micromanage everything. Freshers are often referred to as "kids" and are treated more like outsiders than new team members. The work environment feels quite off—you might think you're joining a well-established MNC, but in reality, it's just a small group of people (fewer than a dozen) squeezed into a tiny WeWork office. Honestly, your bedroom at home might be more spacious. I wouldn’t recommend joining; it can be a very emotionally draining experience.
