      Nil…… there are no pros of this company in any sense

      There are lots and lots of cons starting from there is no sense how you are given salary it can be more than your seniors or it can be less than a cleaner. This is just a start. If you have specialisation they never give task based on your specialisation instead they give you worst possible task and don’t dare to say no because that cause them ‘harm’ Also apart from this forget the work life balance as soon as you join. Also never give them any original document otherwise they keep it and blackmail you indirectly if you want to resign or leave job.

      Company's training and services are good, and I learned a lot from my experience here. It has a good environment for employees. The company values its staff and provides opportunities for growth and development. They prioritize employee well-being and foster a sense of community.

      Cons

      While working at Allsoft Solutions, I experienced a high workload, which sometimes affected my work-life balance. More flexible scheduling would be beneficial.
