      You get to handle whole site by your own

      Cons

      You have to fight for your payments, they will not give you as per you have decided on the time of joining. Very late payments and they will not receive your calls whey you ask them for payments.

      They allow some flexible hours

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends and family, they are very cliquey and talk bad about their employees behind their backs but nice to their face, can't be trusted, make employees uncomfortable and cry. Many quit because of it. Heard they ask employees to post fake positive reviews to boost ratings.
