Pros

Some high-profile accounts. Free food. Occasional workshops are interesting. Good neighborhood. Restaurant/store downstairs. Some nice people.

Cons

Poor managment. There are managers here who have no idea how to manage people, not trained, and have no accountibility. Some managers don't work. Some prima donnas who have been around a long time get away with murder. Years go by without a salary increase. Most people leave because they don't get raises. Instead, there are lavish parties that waste thousands of dollars. Employee recognition involves the same employees every time. Very clickey. Officials are clueless about the goings on. Very loud and crowded environment. Employees are getting younger and more clueless. No training. Real/innovative ideas get ignored. Performance reviews are a farce and have no consequences. Some employees are downright rude and self absorbed.

Sexist and Hostile Work Environment

Pros

Challenging work environment that incites growth. Creative and talented people work there who are genuinely inspiring.

Cons

I overheard male coworkers getting together and ranking female coworkers they found the most attractive. Male coworkers stare disrespectfully at women and in a sexual manner. Male coworkers flirt and make uncomfortable sexual advances to female coworkers and I have been the victim of this behavior myself. Male coworkers look at pornography or send pornographic images to each other at the office in front of female coworkers. Coworkers can be hostile and set you up for failure. For instance, one coworker hid a camera bag from me to frame that I had "lost it." Raises and promotions are hard to come by and the hours are very long.
