The job had me primarily dealing with active account management of various clients(Premier colleges/Universities of India), pitching new sales leads, demo presentations, signing of MoUs and subsequent onboarding of new clients. The team is smart, friendly, agile, open to suggestions/feedback and very quick on their feet. The senior management is enormously skilled with great leadership abilities. A perfect startup environment to be working at.
Cons
The technical team might need some upgradation in terms of increasing manpower, better relay of information and better coordination.
