      Pros

      Pay was good in the beginning.

      Cons

      Company ownership cares too much about how things look and not enough about how things work. They try to sell it as a "family" company, but I would never treat my family the way I was treated by ALMACO.

      Pros

      Wonderful place to work! Awesome people doing awesome work. Family owned and is a family business in every sense of the word. Believes in their employees and does their best to show staff they care about each and every one of them.

      Cons

      Not a ton of advancement potential or professionally laid out career track. Slow moving business with a lot of issues with internal red tape.
