I am writing to warn potential clients about my alarming experience with Alpha Data Pros. My interaction with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, communication was subpar, and deadlines were repeatedly missed. However, the most distressing issue was the handling of funds. They charged my account, kept the money, and later claimed that the funds were not credited. This happened multiple times, and despite providing proof of payment, they continued to deny receiving the funds. After reaching out to other clients, I discovered that this was a common issue. It appears that Alpha Data Pros has a pattern of charging customers, keeping the money, and then denying receipt of payment. This is fraudulent behavior, and I believe they are exploiting their clients. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Alpha Data Pros to think twice. This company cannot be trusted with your money or your business needs. Seek out more reputable and transparent alternatives.
