From rigid office hours to bottle neck deadline to harassment.... Its a complete package. Only college passout join the company, experienced people you will never find. Politics on the rockzz..!! You might think there are pros and cons in every firm...and it might be just another such firm... Believe me even i thought the same... BUT... ask only one question to yourself.. Did you completed your studies just that somebody can treat you like a maid (actually i treat my maid better) ..?? I just hope there would be a negative star for such companies.

As per the experience staff them self don't speak good about the management and their peers. Company is concerned only about there profit, they don't care even for hygiene! The Management and other staff serving for a long gives big big talk about work life balance but they are the first one to unbalance the life of the staff working the company. There are some staffs who are working in this company for a long to put you down, No matter what you do! Everyday they will make new strategy to trouble you and other. Instead of planning objective for the next quarter or task to be done. These hand full of staff are silent killers and they will drive other staff also to force you to leave the organization and company management know it but pretends to show that they are not aware of such people as they them self are giving them full support... No matter how hard you work the entire year you will get the least increment and will be tagged as you didn't work or you are not up to the bench mark. If they state you are good then the management will have to given you increment. No Saturday off to Technology department and hectic work schedule! Your In-Time is fixed but not your Out-Time! You are supposed to work as a dump cow .... No proper management and planning Polices keep on changing and it is in the favor of the company, but conveyed to the staff changes are good as we are trying to improve. (Nonsense) If any employee question them the answer given its is a private limited accept it as we are not going to change but still the management will ask do you have any suggestion.. They have ill habit of speaking bad about there Ex-employees! They may even give a bad re-leaving and experience letter! You can confirm with Ex-employees! Note: Not a suitable place for working
