Pros

Management can be understanding for some cases. Super friendly staff just lovely people to be around. Lunch gets paid for on certain days. You can promote within a short period of time if you pace your workload and meet all your deadlines with no trouble

Cons

Heavy workload. Management expects a lot in a short period of time. Constantly having to fix previous workers mistakes otherwise the blame may fall on you. Organization for all paperwork is really all over the place

Schedule is great of you are an early bird. Also paid lunch on Wednesdays

Cons

Manager Kimberly lacks leadership skills. She shows favoritism and has friends working there. Work load is overwhelming with little to no training. If you complain she will fire you.
