      A nice place to work but has little room for growth.

      Pros

      Constantly acquiring new equipment and learning new skills that are beneficial in helping grow the company. The company has other AlphaGraphics available to help you when you hit road blocks.

      Cons

      There is very little room for growth. Since each AG is locally owned, the benefits and insurance are not very good.

      Owner is a good guy, but knowing now I would never took the job.

      Cons

      At fry cook makes better money, no benefits, no vacation time, no real comission, thank god I found another company.

      people who work there are nice, but don't expect to grow your career here. though, the skills you learn may be taken to any other job.

      Cons

      the owner is also stingy, therefore raises are rare (if they occur at all). the work you do is not particularly rewarding. benefits were bad.
