Pros
Culture generally nice and pleasant. Working hours are reasonable, some very talented and dedicated people work there and their enthusiasm resonates.
Cons
Upper management allow middle management to run riot. My boss at the time was impossible to please, and had no people skills, and unrealistic expectations on workers. A standard line from HR is that if you don't fit in, you get out. There was a culture of assuming all workers are out to cheat the system, therefore everyone is micromanaged. They want sheep, not innovation. My time at Alphapharm stands out as the worst employment period of my life.
